# Welcome to the Phersa docs

Phersa is the platform for building and monetizing AI personas: find AI persona videos that already perform on Instagram and Facebook, make your own on your own API keys, and monetize them with digital products or affiliate commissions. These docs explain each part of the app, from finding a video to exporting one ready to post.

## How Phersa works

Every video in Phersa starts from one that already performed. Making one takes five steps:

1. **Find a proven video** in [Discover](https://phersa.com/docs/discover), or bring your own with [Track](https://phersa.com/docs/track) and [Collect](https://phersa.com/docs/collect).
2. **Pick your persona**, the AI person who stays consistent in every clip. See [Personas](https://phersa.com/docs/personas).
3. **Generate the clips** in [Create](https://phersa.com/docs/create): an image, then a video, with your persona's voice.
4. **Edit and export** in [Edit](https://phersa.com/docs/edit), then post the MP4 on your social media accounts.
5. **Monetize the comments:** everyone who comments your keyword gets your link by DM. See [Comment & DM Automation](https://phersa.com/docs/comment-and-dm-automation).

You can do all of it by hand, or let your AI agent make your version over [MCP](https://phersa.com/docs/mcp): it understands the video, writes the clips and runs the generations you approve.
