# Quickstart

Seven steps from sign-up to an MP4 ready to post: subscribe, connect a key, create a persona, pick a proven video, generate the clips, edit, and post.

## Before you start

You need a Phersa account with the plan, and an API key from at least one generation provider. You pay the provider for each image, video and voice swap, at its published price.

## Steps

1. ### Sign up and subscribe

    Open [app.phersa.com](https://app.phersa.com/), create your account and subscribe. There is one plan, $99 per month, with everything included. See [Pricing](https://phersa.com/pricing).

2. ### Connect an API key

    Go to **Settings → 02 — API keys**, open a provider, paste your key and choose **Save & verify**. One key from a provider such as Kie runs every image and video model. Add an ElevenLabs key too if you want Voice Swap.

3. ### Create a persona

    Open **Personas** and choose **New Persona**. Upload one photo of your persona: that photo is who appears in every clip. Optionally paste an ElevenLabs Voice ID and write a few **World** notes. See [Personas](https://phersa.com/docs/personas).

4. ### Pick a proven video

    Open **Discover**. It opens on **Trending**. Filter by views, engagement, length, account size or date, and open a video to see its stats and transcript. See [Discover](https://phersa.com/docs/discover).

5. ### Generate the clips

    **With your AI agent:** connect Phersa to your agent over [MCP](https://phersa.com/docs/mcp), then choose **MCP** on the video and paste the prompt into your agent. Once it has read the video, ask it to build a Create project with your persona; it plans each generation for you to approve.

    **By hand:** open **Create**, start a **New Project** with your persona, and for each clip choose **Generate image**, then **Generate video**. Each button shows the provider's price first. See [Create](https://phersa.com/docs/create).

6. ### Edit and export

    In Create, choose **Compile**, pick the takes to use and name the video. They open in the **Media** panel of a new Edit project: place them on the timeline, run **Auto Cut** to trim silences and **Auto Captions** to add captions, then **Export**. 7. ### Post it

    Post the MP4 on your own TikTok, Instagram or Facebook account. Saved projects also keep their exports in **Results**. If the video asks viewers to comment a word, set up [Comment & DM Automation](https://phersa.com/docs/comment-and-dm-automation) so everyone who comments it on Instagram or Facebook gets your link by DM.

Recreate the structure, not the video: keep the proven hook and order, and make every clip new with your persona and voice. Follow each platform's rules on original content.
